ATHEISM
In practical or pragmatic atheism, also known
as apatheism, individuals live as if there are no
gods and explain natural phenomena without
reference to any deities.
The existence of gods is not rejected, but may
be designated unnecessary or useless; gods
neither provide purpose to life, nor influence
everyday life, according to this view.

ATHEsimGod
Atheists argue that they will not believe in God until God is proven by empirical science Agnostics do believe in God but don’t have a specific model of God Question: If no God exists then why and how did the universe come into existence? No Universal Morality Atheists and Agnostics believe that morality is subjective and is dependent upon individual perspectives Question: How would society function without a uniform code of conduct? One person may do an act believing its moral whereas another would consider that same act a crime. Guidance Atheists and Agnostics don’t believe in guidance and would not have a specific example to follow. Each person would do what they consider to be correct even if it went against another person. This would result in a chaotic society. |

Universal Morality Morality is universal and is based upon communication by God. It is logical for this revelation to fulfill the following criteria: 1. It would be preserved in its purest format The only scripture that fulfills this criteria today is the Quran. Guidance It is logical for God to send a human being as a practical example of how to live in accordance with the moral code. It would be logical for this person to fulfill the following criteria: 1. Be honest and trustworthy to the extent that even his enemies would say this 2. Act selflessly and not focus on self promotion or amassing wealth 3. Deliver a message that fulfils the criteria of re |
